I am a very poor swimmer and these were done quite slowly but was glad to get them done. Actually felt really good afterwards and am looking forward to the next few morning swims.

2x 10 Ring Dips
2x10 Ring Rows
Skin the cats
2x15 OH squat @ 20kg
2x 10 pushups
3x1min prone holds
3x30sec each side static holds
